The world has changed dramatically and change is only accelerating. Yet, by most any
measure, our schools have changed little. If our schools are to thrive in the 21st century,
Christian school leaders must spearhead change while remaining steadfastly faithful to the
school’s mission. Leading change is critical but hard. Most change efforts fail to produce
substantial and sustained change. This session will discuss the practical steps needed for
leading change. The eight errors leaders make in leading change and the eight stages for
successful change will be discussed.
