          9. Form and File Download
The software programs commonly used for various forms and
databases of the Library are available on the library website (under
the “Contents of Services” section) to facilitate readers’ downloading
            needs.

          10. Promotion-oriented Educational & Training Programs
             (1) We strive to serve readers in every possible way, reflecting the
ultimate goals of our technological services. To help freshmen
make the most of library resources, we hold a briefing during
orientation to introduce library updates and rules. After the
semester begins, we arrange hands-on library visits for each
class. Through these efforts, all newcomers are familiarized with
the library environment and learn how to use library resources
(such as reference books and computers) to search for the
                 information they need.
             (2) The library offers instructional sessions for classes to introduce
library resources and information research methods, supporting
                 and enhancing students’ academic work.
             (3) The library offers online database training programs on an
irregular basis to help faculty and students make proficient use
                 of library resources.
             (4) Information about the promotional educational and training
programs is available on the Library website, easily accessible to
                 readers.

          11. Utilization of audio & video materials
             (1) Utilization of audio & video materials:
The Library has designated a specific zone for audio and video
materials, where you can borrow items to meet your needs.
Before using the materials, please present your ID card to
complete the borrowing process and obtain headphones at the
Library counter. Personal audio and video materials are not
permitted in the audio and video area.
