Article 10 Writing on, marking, cutting, or damaging library books,
magazines, newspapers, or other materials is not
permitted.
Article 11 Reserved books, reference books, current magazines, and
current newspapers are not permitted to be taken out of
the library.
Article 12 Users who remove books or materials from the library
without proper checkout will be considered to have
stolen the items. The user will be referred to the
appropriate department for disciplinary action.
Article 13 All books and personal belongings are subject to
inspection when the user leaves the library.
