(v)  A user who has accumulated three or more defaults in a
                     semester will be referred to the Department of Student
                     Affairs for penalty.

          14.  Recommendation of Books
             (1) Recommendation by students:
                 Please directly browse the Library’s WebPAC system before
                 recommending any books.
             (2) Recommendation by professors:
                 In principle, recommendations shall be confined to books
                 suitable for common courses and major courses. The books may
                 be recommended by departments (or units) so that the Library
                 will purchase them in bulk (Please fill out the list of
                 recommended books and have the list affixed seal by the
                 Department Chairman before submitting it to the Library).

          15.  Donation of books
              Descriptions:
              The Library of Christ’s College Taipei welcomes individuals and
              entities to donate books. Since the Library has limited manpower
              and space, would-be donors are requested to contact the Librarian
              before donating materials. The Library particularly appreciates
              donations of new materials or designated donations. Thanks to the
              enthusiastic donors, readers will have the access to the most
              up-to-date books.

             Donors are advised to note the following:
             (1) Please hand the list of the intended donation to the Library
                 beforehand to make sure whether or not such books are already a
                 part of the library collection.

             (2) The Librarian reserves the right to select and screen donations.
             (3) The Librarian will present a list of the desired books to the
                 donors after checking and verifying with the computer system.

             (4) Range of donations:
                 (i)  Books related to the courses of Philosophy, Psychology,
                     Sociology and Christianity.
