13. Rules for storage use
Please be sure to keep the lockers neat and clean and please do not
store any food or drinks in the cabinets. Also please be sure to clean
all personal effects out of the lockers upon completion of use. In
case of unauthorized occupation of the storage space, the Librarian
is entitled to clean the storage up and assumes no responsibility for
custody of items. Damage to the school property of lockers shall be
subject to penalty according to the school rules.
(1) Rules for management of open cabinets:
(i) Do not store any articles overnight. The Librarian will move
such articles to the library counter. The user shall pay
NT$100 penalty before being permitted to retrieve his/her
articles.
(ii) A user who stores drinks, food, pets, or hazardous articles
shall be subject to a NT$100 fine.
(iii) A user who has accumulated three or more defaults in a
semester will be referred to the Department of Student
Affairs for penalty.
(2) Rules for coin lockers:
(i) Self-service: Please insert a NT$10 coin for each use. The
coin will be returned to you after you retrieve the stored
items.
(ii) Be sure to take good care of the key. If the key is missing,
you will be charged NT$500. In such an event, you should
describe the contents of the storage. The Librarian will
open it with a universal key (master key). The stored articles
may be retrieved only when the description proves identical
to the items.
(iii) Do not store any articles overnight. The Librarian will move
such articles to the library counter. The user shall pay a
NT$100 penalty and surrender the key before being
permitted to retrieve his/her articles.
(iv) Anyone who stores drinks, food, pets, or hazardous articles
is subject to a NT$100 fine.
