were so overwhelmed by their love that it made us
wonder how we would feel when we one day dine
with the Lord! Thank you, CCT!
What touched us even more was that CCT has
always remained true to their calling from the
Lord -- Christian education. Regardless of how
things change, they have remained faithful to
their call to develop students to be salt and light Christian education.
for the world. For more than five decades, many
missionaries and teachers have served the Lord
at the school and some even made this place their
final home on earth. Can we say that those people
wasted their time and effort? We would answer
a resounding “No!” Some of the alumni have
returned and began serving their alma mater. How
beautiful it is that one generation is passing down instrument to bring glory to Himself. We also hope
their inheritance to the next. Matthew Chu, one
of those who welcomed us, was a great example.
Not only was he knowledgeable, but he did his
work with excellence. He was passionate for the
Lord and His people. We were touched by his
faith. Besides alumni, Director Liu and his wife
also impressed us by the gospel movie series they
made. By God’s grace, we have even been able
to make arrangement to watch his film with other
brothers and sisters afterward in China! It gave us
a different view of what the college has been doing,
and a different experience of how others carry out
So we give thanks to God and to the college
which seeks to serve Him. We praise the Lord that
He has established a Christian college in Taiwan
that can serve as a model to those of us who have
just begun doing Christian education. May the
Lord bless this school abundantly and use it as an
that China, a bigger field with greater needs, will be
able to share that blessing of Christian Education,
as CCT leads the way for His glory.
