七、 學生進入圖書館主要目的 Purpose for entering the library

透過問卷顯示，學生進入圖書館主要目的，前 5 名如表所示。
According to the survey, the main 5 purposes for entering the library are as follows:

八、 最常使用及最希望增購的館藏資源 Most Used and Suggested Resources

透過問卷得知：最常使用的圖書館資訊服務前三名是 WebPAC 線上目錄查詢系統、 資
料庫、電子書；最常使用的資源類型前三名為紙本圖書、紙本雜誌、資料庫；最常使
用的圖書類別前三名為英語文、小說、攝影/電影；最希望圖書館增購的資源類型為紙
本書籍、電子書、樂譜及分級小書；最希望圖書館增購英語文、心理學、小說類別的
圖書。

According to the survey, the most used information services are WebPAC, databases and e-
books. Most used resources are paper books, journal, and databases. Most used book
categories are English, Novel, Photography/ Movie, and Survey also shows students would
like to see the library purchase more resources such as paper books, e-books, scores and

graded reader; lastly more books ranging from English, psychology, and novel.

九、 圖書館服務滿意度雷達圖 User Satisfaction Survey (Radar Chart)

從學生對於圖書館的服務滿意度調查中，學生對於圖書館的各項服務都給予肯定，尤
其學生對於「圖書館環境整潔、美化」、「圖書館新生導覽」、「圖書館整體服務」、
「圖書館員服務品質」、「圖書館週暨聖誕節活動」、「圖書館利用教育」的滿意度

表示高度肯定，未來圖書館將加強「圖書館硬體設施」改善，並加強「電子資源、視
聽、音樂、傳播」資料採購。
According to the user satisfaction survey, the overall performance of library is better than
last year. Users are highly satisfied by the services offered in library, especially “library
environment” , “llibrary’s tour”, “the service of library staff”, “ibrary’s week

(events)” , and “library user education”. In the future, library will improve the library’s
