Christ's College Taipei Library Opening and Student Service Hours Adjustments Announcement
Due to COVID-19, mandatory actions are bellow:
1.
Till 2022/06/24, the library will adjust it's opening hours;
Monday till Friday: 8 AM - 12 PM, 1 PM - 5 PM. Chapel period is still closed.
2.
Students that have lended books, will have a unified return date of 2022/06/20.
3.
For those that have lended books, the return date will be extended to 2022/06/20
4.
The library will conduct daily disinfecting spray protocol.
In the forsee future, the library will follow the pandemic situation as according to the school.

Because of severe COVID-19 outbreak in Taipei City and New Taipei City, the library of Christ's College Taipei (CCT) will take the following countermeasures.
1. In accordance with the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) pandemic prevention and control regulations to shut down public places, the library will be closed. The re-open date of the library will be announced in consideration of the epidemic conditions and the college policy. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
2. The library will extend the return date of books to September 29, 2021, for faculty/staff members and students currently with borrowed books.
3. Readers are encouraged to use digital resources of the library, such as electronic books/journals and online academic databases. In order to access the digital resources off campus, readers need to log in with their faculty/staff /student ID and password.
4. In case of urgent needs to borrow books for academic purposes, faculty/staff members and students who live on campus may sent an email to lib@cct.edu.tw with the following information to borrow books:
1) Reader's name and faculty/staff/student ID number.
2) Titles, call numbers, or bar code numbers of the books
After the application is received, a student worker from the library will obtain, check out and deliver the requested books to the reader's office or dormitory.
5. The Academic Affairs Office will provide a list of graduating students to the library so as to complete the graduation procedures before the students leave.

Announcement by the Library of Christ’s College Taipei
The Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) announced that the epidemic warning of Taipei and New Taipei City would be raised to level 3 on May 15, 2021. In response, the library of Christ’s College Taipei (CCT) will take the following countermeasures.
1. In accordance with the CECC epidemic prevention and control regulations to shut down public places, the library will be closed from May 17 to June 8, 2021.
2. The library will extend the return date of books to June 8, 2021, for students currently with borrowed books.
3. In case of urgent need, faculty/staff members and students who live on campus may call the library to apply for an ad hoc permission to enter the library and borrow books. However, no more than five people are allowed in the library according to the CECC regulations. In addition, visitors with an ad hoc permission must present their faculty/staff or student ID cards and register with their real names at the front desk.
4. The library will be cleaned and disinfected daily.
The re-open date of the library will be announced in consideration of the epidemic conditions and the college policy. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

For our safety, let’s prevent the epidemic together!
