An Introduction to the Library Collections
The library’s collection of books and information supports the
development of the school, its curriculum, various teaching units,
and research. The primary scope of the collection includes English
and Chinese books related to English Literature, Christianity, Social
Sciences, and other disciplines such as English, Mass
Communication, and Music. Books related to other relevant subject
areas form the secondary collection. As the school is a Christian
Liberal Arts College that emphasizes Holistic Education and
Christianity, related books and materials are prioritized in the
library’s collection. The collection is divided into books, periodicals,
audiovisual materials, e-books, electronic periodicals, and electronic
resources, all of which are systematically organized according to the
US Congress Classification.
