(6) Any change in the computer setup, installation programs or
a change in the pictures of the computer at the Library
Search Zone is absolutely banned.

(7) Under no circumstances shall the computer at the Library
Search Zone be used for any unlawful purposes. Be sure to
honor the Copyright Law.

9. Form and File Download
The software programs in frequent use for a variety of forms
and databases of the Library are provided on the Library
Website (under the Contents of Services) to facilitate readers
download needs.

10. Promotion-oriented Educational & Training Programs
(1) We try by all possible means to serve readers. This
represents the ultimate goals in our technological services.
To enable freshmen to make maximum use of library
resources, we hold a briefing during freshmen orientation
on library update and rules. After the semester begins, we
arrange for all of them, class by class, to make hands-on
visits to the library. Through such efforts, all newcomers
are well informed of the library environment and of how
to make use of the library tools (e.g., referential books,
computers) to search the required data.
(2) The library offers instruction for a class to introduce
library resources and information research methods to
support and enrich student academic work.
(3) The library launches online database teaching programs on
a non-periodic basis to further inform faculty and students
how to make skilled use of the Library resources.

(4) The briefing of the promotional educational & training
programs is placed on the Library Website, readily
available to readers.
