五、透過問卷得知，87.6%以上的學生每月進到圖書館至少 1 次。
Through the survey we learned that 87.6% of the students go to the library at least once
a month.

六、透過問卷得知最常使用的資源為紙本圖書，最常使用的圖書類別前三名為英語/小
說/文學，最常使用的圖書館資訊服務是 webpac，最希望圖書館增購語言與文學方
面的圖書，此外今年電影與攝影也是學生希望圖書館能夠增購的圖書類別。
The survey shows the most usage remains paperback books. The three most used are
English/ Novel/Literature. The most used information service is Webpac. Students
would like to see the library purchase more language, literature, filming making and
photography related books.

七、圖書館服務滿意度調查中，對於滿意度高的我們繼續維持，對於滿意度低的我們
將持續進行檢討與改善；同時圖館將加強與各主修及通識課程老師聯繫，鼓勵介
購與課程相關之圖書資料，並到課堂上進行圖書館資源利用指導，也期望系及各
主修與圖書館合作共同發展符合需求的教學資源。
Through the survey result, we will continue what we have done well that meets the
needs of our readers and we will also improve in the areas where we were given
suggestions. We will continue discuss with teachers to find out what resources we as a
library could provide to meet their teaching needs. We also welcome their suggestions
on books to purchase and we would love to assist teachers and students learn to use the
library resources.
